I used to think that always seeing the good in peo

I used to think that always seeing the good in people was one of my greatest strengths.

At the time, I thought it made me incredibly compassionate.

Looking back, I can see that it also made me vulnerable to people who manipulated, used, and ab*sed me.

It took me 35+ years to realise I wasn’t seeing people for who they truly were—I was seeing who I hoped they would become.

Everything changed after I took an online coaching program that taught me how to stop living in my head and start trusting my body and heart.

✨ I began seeing the TRUTH in people, instead of the GOOD in people ✨

That online program became the foundation of the work I do today, teaching women why safety is the cornerstone of healthy love, deep intimacy, and authentic desire.

I share the whole story in today’s article, including the lesson that changed my life and the online program that helped me reconnect with myself.
